Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007, S.22 -- Senior Citizens -- Property Disputes -- Title and Possession -- Authorities constituted under the Act are not meant to adjudicate disputes relating to title and possession of immovable properties, more particularly where the parties are not related to each other -- Such disputes can only be appropriately decided by competent civil courts in regular suits.
