Revenue Entries -- Co-ownership Entry in Larger Parcel -- Cannot prove exclusive ownership of specific plots carved out later

(i) Revenue Entries -- Co-ownership Entry in Larger Parcel -- Revenue entries showing co-ownership in agricultural land do not prove exclusive ownership over specific plots created after development by a society. Such entries reflect status in the parent holding only and cannot by themselves establish title to plots subsequently carved out. (ii) Specific Relief Act, 1963, Ss.34, 38 -- Declaration and Injunction -- Plots Carved Out of Larger Co-owned Parcel -- Joint ownership of parent land does not automatically establish allotment of specific plots carved out from it. Allotment of specific plots to a co-owner must be proved by cogent evidence of partition, allotment, or a binding arrangement. Mere co-ownership in the original holding is not sufficient.
