(ii) Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, S.37 -- NDPS -- Cancellation of Bail -- Cancellation of bail is distinct from rejection of bail and requires cogent circumstances arising after the grant of bail, such as misuse of liberty, tampering with evidence, or absconding -- Re-appreciation of material already considered at the time of grant of bail is not a ground for cancellation.
