Execution -- Objections -- Application under Section 47 CPC after conclusion of execution proceedings not maintainable

Civil Procedure Code, 1908, S.47 -- Execution -- Objections -- Application After Conclusion of Execution Proceedings -- Where an application under S.47 CPC is filed after execution proceedings have already been concluded, such application is not maintainable and is liable to be dismissed -- All questions arising between parties relating to execution, discharge, or satisfaction of a decree must be determined by the executing court and not by way of a separate suit -- Such questions must be raised and determined during the pendency of execution proceedings and not after the execution proceedings have been closed and the decree has been executed to the satisfaction of the executing court.
