Evidence Act, 1872, S.112 -- DNA Test -- Paternity of Daughter Disputed by Father in Partition Suit -- A father disputing the paternity of a daughter in a partition suit cannot file an application to send her for a DNA test. He must adduce evidence in any other manner to prove that the plaintiff is not his daughter.
