(ii) Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, S.483 -- Bail -- Direct Application to Judge's Chamber -- Constitutes contemptuous and unprofessional conduct amounting to an attempt to influence the Judge and interference with administration of justice. An advocate seeking modification of a court order must approach the Registry through proper application and cannot address or forward the application directly to the Judge in chambers.
