(ii) Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, S.4(2) -- Bail -- Prolonged Custody During Pending Trial -- Incarceration of more than one year with trial still to take further time makes out a fit case for regular bail -- Bail order can be made subject to custody of accused in another case.
